Twenty Years of Wandering includes numerous works by clients of organizations serving refugees, immigrants, about the Odysseus-like heroism it takes for members of these populations to survive and thrive in Baltimore. Featured artwork was created by clients Health Care for the Homeless, My Sister's Place, Education Based Latino Outreach, Adelante Familia, BCCC's Refugee Assistance Program, and The International Rescue Committee.

Twenty Years of Wandering is on view November 11, 2009 to January 3, 2010, and is FREE to the public. The exhibition is created in conjunction with Heroes: Mortals and Myths in Ancient Greece, presented by the Walters Art Museum.

Heroes in Our Midst is made possible by a grant from the Maryland Humanities Council, through support from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
